Joseph “Joe Blast” Lawrence is a multi-disciplinary creator and executive whose career sits at the rare intersection of music, film, gaming, and enterprise technology. Brooklyn-bred and globally-minded, he has spent decades building both the culture people experience and the infrastructure that makes that experience possible.

As a music producer, Joseph was mentored by the legendary Teddy Riley — the architect of New Jack Swing and one of the most influential producers in modern R&B and hip-hop. That foundation shapes everything from his hand-crafted MPC production to his ear for arrangement and feel — and now to the custom JB Audio plugins he builds for his own sessions.

As a film and television director, Joseph has worked under the TBS umbrella, with credits across TNT, CNN, Cartoon Network, HBO, Warner Bros., truTV, and Peachtree TV — directing for some of the largest networks and global audiences in the industry. The same instinct that drives his production work — rhythm, mood, story — translates directly to the screen.

As Chief Executive Officer of Esports Global Gaming Olympics (GGO), Joseph leads a globally connected gaming ecosystem that streams into 142 countries across 34 languages, powered by a strategic F1 Arcade / F1 Box partner system. He sets the strategy, partnerships, branding, and operations across competitive gaming, community programming, STEAM initiatives, and youth financial literacy.
